Hi I'm Joseph Dretzka.  I'm a real estate agent and investor that began my career in the mechanical service industry.  I expanded my knowledge base through renovation and investment in residential income property development. As a path way to share my knowledge, I completed licensing requirements to become an agent and help clients find their forever homes.

Drawing from my trade experience in the mechanical service industry and residential renovation, I have an eye to assist buyers and sellers identify some of the details in homes that impact the experience they have during the sale and beyond. Additionally, I enjoy helping client’s assess and visualize different possibilities for their existing or prospective homes.

I'm also the founding partner in Dretzka Heating and Air, providing HVAC installation, service and repair to the commercial and residential markets.
